NEW CONSTRUCTION - Most Agents in model homes work for the builder & if you work with them they must split their loyalty 50/50 between the builder & buyer (dual agency). Many builder reps will request that you share information to get registered in their system, however (unbeknownst to the buyer), doing so can inadvertently waive their rights to have Exclusive Buyer Agent representation. FYI, whether you work with the buider rep or your own agent does not impact what you pay for the home (the builder pays a buyer agent regardless of who it is).

FOR SALE BY OWNERS - We're happy to contact the owners directly & ask if they're willing to let you have your own agent representation (many are). If the owner says no, we'll share that information so you can choose whether or not you'd like to proceed on your own.

OPEN HOUSES - Just let agents know you're working with our team & they normally won't request your personal information. Should you have any interest in the property, you're welcome to share our contact information & let us know what questions you have & we'll be happy to reach out directly to the agent on your behalf. (FYI, keep in mind anything you share with this agent will likely be shared with the seller, so it's best to keep emotions at a minimum for negotiating purposes).

RE-SALE PROPERTIES - The agent on the sign works for the seller. Call us instead, we only work for YOU.

INTERNET PROPERTIES - Any home you see online (any Brokerage, Zillow, Realtor.com, Social Media, etc.) we can assist with. We'll make direct contact with the listing agent and also provide any information that's not available publicly.

LOTS & LAND - We can get you the details of any lot, including those not publicly advertised.

OUT OF STATE PURCHASES & SALES - We provide a free service to anyone who has real estate needs outside of our area. We've interviewed hundreds of agents around the world to ensure our friends, family & past clients get connected to a stellar, expeirenced agent who will take are of them the same way we would. We'll ask the tough questions & do the legwork for you! Our team is often chosen by out of state agents to represent their valued clients, and we're always flattered to help!
